②throw away扔掉；丢弃

used形容词，意为“用过的；二手的”。eg：To save money，I bought a used car instead of a new one.为了省钱，我买了一辆二手车，没有买新车。

【拓展】used还可用作动词，是use的过去式或过去分词形式。
