Language points

1. I ’ll walk to school for the first time tomorrow. 明天我将第一次步行去上学。

walk to school意为“步行去上学”,相当于go to school on foot。walk、ride、drive等动词本身就表示某种交通方式，后接地点名词时用介词to连接。

（1）用介词表达： by+交通工具名词

in/on+限定词+交通工具名词

Grammar

现在完成时之for与since

for与since都能与现在完成时连用，但存在区别：

1. for+“时间段”

He has studied at this school for five years.

2. since+“时间点”

He has studied at this school since 2014.

3. 二者可以转换

for + 一段时间 = since + 一段时间 + ago

He has been here for five weeks.

= He has been here since five weeks ago.
