Father and Son is one of the most beloved comic strips (连环漫画) ever drawn, which describes stories about a rough but loving father(粗糙但有爱的) and his sweet but occasionally naughty son. They are so humorous and funny. The comic novel is filled with father's love for his three-year-old son, Christian. In the face of difficulties, they never feel desperate and live a happy life.

It tells the story of sister Maria who became a governess (家庭女教师) in colonel (上校) Trapp's family and quickly got along with（与...和睦共处） the seven children of the colonel. She played with the colonel's seven children happily and won over the children's hearts. Influenced by Maria, the strict and dull(严格而枯燥的) colonel also gradually changed his attitude towards his children and developed feelings with her.
